Back Orders are irrevocable as I am requesting that Bob Jane Global Tyre Corporation (Australia) Pty Ltd
place my order into the factory or manufacturer on my behalf, this order will be made and delivered
within the times specified on the Shipping & Delivery Schedule.
I agree that the charge to my credit card is irrevocable and can only be credited if the supplier fails to deliver the products within the terms of this agreement.
